Pendulums

How to use them for self-muscle testing.

A truly amazing device that can be used for self-muscle testing and is small enough to take with you anywhere.
Pendulums have been used for thousands of years and have many uses.  Ancient kings and queens such as Solomon, Sheba, and Cleopatra employed the use of pendulumists, who practiced the science of Radiesthesia.  Today, pendulums are more widely used by psychologists, hypnotherapists, and individuals to create a link of communication with the subconscious or super-conscious minds to discover information thought to be forgotten or unknown.

What makes it work?  Tiny muscles in your finger tips are connected to the motor centers of your brain and it is these motor centers that are affected by subconscious thoughts.  Responses from your subconscious thoughts cause the tiny muscles in your fingers to react and thus move the pendulum.  This is called the ideometer response.  The pendulum then becomes a direct link to your subconscious mind and is a means of connecting with those hidden truths and memories.

Holding the Pendulum.  If you’re right handed, drape the chain or cord of the pendulum over your right forefinger and hold it in place with your thumb so that the pendulum ‘bob’ is hanging about 4”-6” down from your finger.  Whatever length is comfortable for you is the right way.  (Use your left hand if you’re left handed.)

Programming.  Get really clear with your intent that your Pendulum is representing and is connected to ONLY your ‘Higher’ consciousness or ‘Super’ consciousness.  State out loud, “The following program is to be continually in effect until I choose to make changes: I receive answers from my pendulum only through my connection to my higher conscious mind.”  You will still be able to test and receive information stored in your subconscious mind, but by having your intent go through your higher conscious mind, you are less likely to have your ego involved and get a response of what you ‘want’ or ‘expect’ it to be.  Do your best to remain in a neutral state of mind, just being open and curious as to what the answers will be.

Determine what direction will signal a ‘yes’ answer to you.  I suggest a forward and backward motion of away from your body and then back towards your body for ‘yes’.  This tends to follow the direction you would nod your head for a yes answer.  Start swinging the pendulum out away from you and back towards you.  Think and feel ‘yes’, and say out loud: “The following program is to be continually in effect until I choose to make changes: every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a “Yes” answer.”  Stop swinging the pendulum.

Now start swinging the pendulum in a ‘no’ direction, side to side as you would turn your head side-to-side to signal for a no answer.  Think and feel ‘no’, then state out loud, “Every time the pendulum swings in this direction it will indicate a “No” answer.”  Stop swinging the pendulum.

If I am having the pendulum choose between two or three options I will swing the pendulum at a diagonal direction to the left and state that this answer will represent one of the options.  I will then swing the pendulum at a diagonal direction to the right and state that this answer will represent another option.  Example: determining the sex of an unborn baby.  I might have a diagonal swing to the left represent the answer for a baby girl and a diagonal swing to the right represent the answer for a baby boy.   If I have three options I am presenting then I will also swing the pendulum in the ‘yes’ direction and state that this now represents one of the three options I am considering before me.  Example: three brands of vitamins to choose from; which would work best for me, and assign each brand of vitamin a direction for the pendulum to swing in to represent the answer.

You have now set up a code between your conscious and your subconscious/Superconscious minds.  The subconscious and Superconscious is the gateway to all of your information using the pendulum. Quantum physics has proven that all things are connected through the energetic web of life, and by utilizing the pendulum we can literally connect with powers and intelligence beyond the physical into this vast sea of information.

Asking Questions.

Once you have linked communication with your pendulum and feel confident, you can begin using it for finding answers which are not known to your conscious mind.  One can use this amazing device for all kinds of self-truths and self-discovery, reasons for resistance to losing weight, the development of fears, testing for geo-pathic stress zones, as well as connecting to the powers and intelligence of the Superconscious mind, and finding information that can help you develop awareness to achieve your greater potentials.

Asking questions like:
“May I…?” means: Do I have permission?
“Can I….?” means: Do I have the ability to successfully use the pendulum for this domain of information?
“Should I…?” means: Considering all aspects related to this situation would it be proper, appropriate, and suitable for me to learn information in this area?

If you are having trouble getting the pendulum to respond, you are trying too hard, i.e. trying to make sure that you are not consciously moving it. If so, relax, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and try again.  Like any talent, it improves with practice.

One of the best uses of your pendulum is to help you find out what your subconscious programming is, and then to determine the best statement for your “Belief Balance” if you do not have a partner that you are working with.  Do not assume questions can be answered by what you are thinking or meaning.  The subconscious mind thinks ‘literally’ and the conscious mind uses an ‘abstract’ line of reasoning.  Be sure to use clear, easy to understand language in asking questions of your subconscious mind.  The pendulum will give you the literal interpretation from your subconscious and you may have to ask another way for clarity.  Example:  Let say the name on your Birth certificate says ‘William’ and you have always answered to ‘Bill’.  You may ask your subconscious mind if your name is ‘William’ and even though that is what your birth certificate says, your pendulum may swing, “NO”.  This is because your subconscious mind doesn’t regard you as “William”, but as your nickname.  Another example:  You have said your affirmations and you have done personal work around an issue you consciously believe you have resolved, but still don’t seem to be getting the results you are after.  You then test your subconscious mind to see if it believes your statement, “I AM worthy of a loving relationship in my life”, only to find out it swings “NO”.  Consciously you believe this statement, but now you have discovered that your subconscious mind is not supporting this belief in your reality.  You have discovered a vital truth, and with PSYCH-K™ techniques at your disposal can change the programming of your subconscious to now support your desired reality in the outcome of your life.

Enjoy your pendulum.  May you discover your hidden truths and achieve your greatest potentials! Many blessings to you.
